#92 Hot Streak incorrect tooltip

The Hot Streak talent description omits 'next Pyroblast', making it read as if you can chain fast Pyroblasts for the whole duration.

Current behavior

Hot Streak talent description is missing "next pyroblast" line, and currently reads like you can spam reduced casttime pyroblasts for whole duration of hot streak, instead of being consumed after one cast

Expected behavior

Talent tooltip being consistent with spell behavior and actual buff description
