#70 Druid: Warstomp & Shadowmeld can be used while shapeshifted

You can use Shadowmeld or War Stomp while shapeshifted, which used to cancel the shapeshift.

Current behavior

Right now it seems to be possible to Warstomp and shadowmeld while shapeshifted. For example, you can shadowmeld as a bear or Warstomp as a cat. I wasn't sure if that's a bug or intended.

Expected behavior

Previously shadowmeld and Warstomp would cause you to drop shapeshift when using those abilities.

How to reproduce

1. Shapeshift to cat or bear form
2. Use Warstomp or shadowmeld
