#68 Drain Soul continues channeling and remains active while casting other spells

Drain Soul keeps channeling and dealing damage while you cast another spell, instead of being interrupted immediately.

Current behavior

Starting a cast-time spell does not interrupt an active Drain Soul channel. Drain Soul keeps channeling and keeps dealing damage for the full duration of the new cast. The channel ends the moment the cast completes, regardless of how much time was left. Tested so far: - Affected casts: Shadow Bolt and Immolate. Likely anything with a cast time. - Affected channels: Drain Soul only. Drain Life is interrupted normally, so this looks specific to Drain Soul rather than channels in general.

Expected behavior

Normally, starting any cast immediately interrupts your own channel.

How to reproduce

1. Cast Drain Soul on a mob.
2. While Drain Soul is channeling, begin casting Shadow Bolt on the
   same mob.
3. Note that Drain Soul continues to channel while Shadow Bolt is
   being cast, and continues to tick damage in the combat log.
