#54 Mp5 on Gear generates it's mana per second instead of 5

Mana-per-5-seconds on gear actually restores mana every second, unlike other sources that restore it every 5 seconds.

Current behavior

The listed mp5 on gear actually gives it's regen on a per second basis instead of every 5. 2 mp5 on gear regenerates 2 mana per second while actively casting. 4mp5 regenerated 4 mana per second. Campfire Mana Well, Blessing of Wisdom and Mageblood Elixir do not operate in this fashion, they provide the normal expected mana every 5 seconds in full. Combat log attached will show the mana returns and timestamps. Tests were done with 0, 2 and 4 mp5 equipped. Expected behavior

Either the gear is incorrect and mp5 is now mp1 with an expected change to the stat, or mp5 on gear should only be providing it's regeneration every 5 seconds as expected.

How to reproduce

Equip gear with mp5, chain cast into an enemy and watch the active regeneration amount.
