#49 Hunter pet following targets movement if set to passive

If a pet is set to passive just as it reaches its target, it follows the target around without attacking or returning to its stay spot.

Current behavior

If you set a stay command position and then set your pet to passive just as it reaches a target to attack, it will stick to the target and follow their movement but never actually attack, or return to the stay command position

Expected behavior

Hunter pet should return to the stay command position set once the passive command is given.

How to reproduce

1. Set a stay position command
2. Set your pet to attack a neutral enemy
3. Select pet passive command just as it reaches the target
