#46 Secondary Lightning setting crashes AMD GPUs

Setting Secondary Lightning to High crashes AMD graphics cards when loading in, sometimes requiring a PC restart.

Current behavior

If you load into somewhere while the setting "Secondary Lightning" in Graphics tab is set to High, your AMD GPU will crash, sometimes in a loop and sometimes unrecoverable until a PC restart.

Expected behavior

No crashes and beautiful lightning

How to reproduce

1. Go to Stormwind Inn 
2. Turn all graphic settings to their lowest setting
3. Click Apply
4. Change View Distance to the Max and "Secondary Lightning" to High
5. Click Apply
6. Watch the game immediately struggle and AMD driver crash
