#446 Warlock - wrack tooltip is misleading or spell implementation is bugged

Status: Open · Area: Classes & Specs · Warlock

Wrack's tooltip says it boosts Shadow damage-over-time effects, but it seems to skip Siphon Life and Doom, so Warlocks can't tell what the talent really affects.

Current behavior

Wrack its tooltip mentions amplifying the dmg of shadow over time effects. https://www.wowhead.com/forever/spell=1316697/wrack When looking on wowhead at the spells that it influences it does not buff Siphon Life and Doom noteably.

Expected behavior

Due to the way the tooltip is written we'd expect Wrack to buff Doom and Siphon life aswell as both spells are considered Damage over Time effects and deal shadow damage. It should be noted that Pandemic as a talent doesnt reference "damage over time effects" but instead references the exact abilities. So we'd expect the tooltip tip to refer to Corruption and Bane of Agony exclusively or for the spell to also affect Doom and Siphon Life.

How to reproduce

1. Open wowhead
2. Read Tooltip
3. Idk i had to put something here
