#440 All names containing "gm" substring are shown as restricted

Any character name containing "gm" anywhere is rejected as restricted, blocking ordinary names like Agmond or Bogmire.

Current behavior

If you try to create a character with name containing "gm" substring at any position, your name gets restricted. As an example of such names: Agmond, Bogmire etc I guess you wanted to restrict names like GM Anything or Anyone GM, but as it is now it restricts a lot of normal names as well

Expected behavior

Normal names containing "gm" substring (like Agmond for example) shouldn't be restricted

How to reproduce

1. Log in to name reservation
2. Try to create character whith name which has "gm" substring at any position
