#439 Gnome Eureka! appears to ignore Execute’s rage-cost reduction

A Gnome Warrior's Execute still eats all rage while Eureka! is active, so the racial's rage-cost reduction gives no benefit.

Current behavior

With Eureka! active, Execute consumes all available rage and appears to gain only the flat 10% damage bonus. The rage discount neither leaves rage behind nor appears to increase damage through additional rage conversion.

Expected behavior

Execute should benefit from Eureka!’s rage-cost reduction. Its additional-rage consumption may need special handling, but even the initial cost reduction appears to provide no benefit.

How to reproduce

1. Play a Gnome Warrior and build rage.
2. Get a target below 20% health.
3. Activate Eureka! and use Execute.
4. Compare damage and remaining rage against Execute without Eureka! at the same starting rage.
