#437 Channeled spells are not affected by spell haste

Channeled spells like Mind Flay do not get shorter with spell haste.

Current behavior

Channeled spells (Wrack, Drain Life, Mind Flay, Evocation) are not affected by spell haste Mind Flay with 10% spell haste = 3 second channel

Expected behavior

Mind Flay with 10% spell haste = 2.7 second channel (instead of 3 seconds)

0% spell haste
Mind Flay: 3 seconds channel
10% spell haste
Mind Flay 3 seconds channel
50% spell haste
Mind Flay: 3 second channel
