#431 SD Forsaken models: cloak issue

Cloaks sit too far from Forsaken backs on the old-style models and do not line up with their exposed spines.

Current behavior

SD Forsaken models have issues with their cloaks. It seems like all cloak models are placed too far away from Forsaken backs, so the cloak "cutout" doesn't align with the Forsaken exposed spines. The problem exists for both male and female Forsaken.

Expected behavior

Cloaks should fit snugly to the back.

How to reproduce

1. Create a Forsaken.
2. Loot or buy a cloak.
3. Equip the cloak.
