#427 Retail Compare Achivements script

Players can still inspect others' achievements with a console command although the compare button was removed.

Current behavior

It's still possible to inspect other players Achivements with /run InspectAchievements("target") GetComparisonStatistic() also works to get the targets statistics.

Expected behavior

With Compare achivements button being removed it's expected not to work.

How to reproduce

1. Target Player
2. Type /run InspectAchievements("target")
3. Get the Retail inspect achivement tab with "Do Not Show" tabs
