#421 Chat Channels do not span the new background "Realms".

Players on different background realms joining the same chat channel cannot see each other.

Current behavior

/join chatchannel creates a chat channel. Two people on two different "realms" IE CAMWOW EU1 Realm 1 PVP and CAMWOW EU2 Realm 2 PVP, They cannot see the same channel.

Expected behavior

If two players /join chatchannel, they can communicate on that same channel.

How to reproduce

/join chatchannel with two different players on different "realms" try to chat.
