#419 Shadow Damage Wands (non) interaction with Shadow Weaving (and others)

Shadow-damage wands do not get boosted by Shadow Weaving, Darkness or Shadowform.

Current behavior

Currently, wands that deal shadow damage are exempt from scaling with Shadow Damage modifiers like the Priest talents Shadow Weaving, Darkness, or Shadowform. I am not sure if this is intended, but it currently seems to be unaffected: Gravestone scepter hits between 30 and 57 damage, so if the 10% bonus from weaving would work, it shouldn't be possible (bar a partial resist) to hit below 33, yet it does.

Expected behavior

If Shadow Damage Wands are meant to scale with Shadow Damage % multipliers, you would expect to deal more damage with 5 stacks of weaving applied. Likely the same interaction with Darkness, or Shadow Form.

How to reproduce

1. Equip Gravestone Scepter (or any Shadow Wand)
2. Apply any (or as many as possible) Shadow Damage % multipliers (5 stacks of weaving here)
3. Shoot with the wand, and observe that the floor and ceiling didn't change
