#415 [Druid] Frame pacing issue when shapeshifting

Druid shapeshifting causes small, repeatable frame stutters.

Current behavior

Shapeshifting as a Druid causes small but reproducible FPS stutters. Using CapFrameX to measure stuttering: Normal gameplay, movement and spellcasting: generally 0–0.5% stutter. Repeated shapeshifting with addons disabled: up to 2.5% stutter, perhaps higher if one has mana to continue shapeshifting for 20 straight seconds. Tested on both tauren and sky elf druid on different computers.

Expected behavior

Shapeshifting should not cause noticeable frametime spikes or microstuttering compared with normal spellcasting or movement, as it is a core combat mechanic.

How to reproduce

1. Log in on a Druid.

2. Remain stationary or move around normally.

3. Monitor frametimes and stutter percentage using CapFrameX.

4. Repeatedly shapeshift between humanoid/caster and bear form.

5. Observe the increased stutter percentage.
