#407 Shoot/Auto-shot projectile (arrow) lacks textures

Arrows drawn by hunters have no texture and appear solid green.

Current behavior

When the player draws the arrow, it lacks textures and is completely green.

Expected behavior

The arrows should have textures.

How to reproduce

1. Use any bow
2. Shoot a mob
3. Observe arrows
