#396 Tauren racial Endurance 2% crit damage not working

The Tauren racial Endurance adds crit healing but not the promised 2% extra crit damage.

Current behavior

Endurance does not add an additional 2% critical strike damage to physical attacks or spells. It does add 2% critical strike healing, as expected.

Expected behavior

Tauren should have default 202% (or 204% if multiplicative) physical critical strike damage and 152% (or 153% if multiplicative) without any other modifiers.

How to reproduce

1. Get a Tauren character and a non-tauren character of the same class
2. Ensure each character is the same level, wearing the same gear (naked), and talents
3. Compare damage done on the same mob between the two characters using the same rank of spell (e.g., Druid Claw or Wrath)
4. Observe critical strike damage multiplier is the same between the two races (200% physical critical damage, 150% spell critical damage)
