#394 Hunter Pet's Hit Chance Not Applying to Lightning Breath

A hunter pet's hit chance does not apply to its spell attacks like Lightning Breath, despite the stat sheet.

Current behavior

The pet's hit value on its stat sheet is twice the hunter's hit value. My assumption was that this represents spell hit, doubled to give hunter pets a meaningful amount of spell hit, while melee hit is inherited at a 1:1 ratio. Spell hit would be displayed at the top of the stat sheet because it is higher. Testing vs same level mobs indicated that the pet has same hit as hunter for white hits but does not appear to have any spell hit.

Expected behavior

Hunter pets are expected to inherit hit for spell hit as well as melee hit, and pet's tooltip expected display both melee hit and spell hit.

How to reproduce

Reach 4% hit on hunter pet's tooltip
Use wind serpent's lightning breath vs same level mobs to see if it can miss
