#391 Error text and speech missing when using keybinds with ActionButtonUseKeyDown enabled

With cast-on-key-down enabled, failed keybind casts show no error text or speech, such as out of range.

Current behavior

When ActionButtonUseKeyDown = 1, casting spells via keyboard keybinds does not trigger error text or error speech (e.g. "Out of range", "Can't do that while moving"). Interestingly: - Clicking the same spell with the mouse works correctly. - Casting via /cast also displays errors correctly. - Pressing two keybinds simultaneously can trigger error messages. - The issue persists with all addons disabled. Changing ActionButtonUseKeyDown to 0 immediately restores both error text and speech.

Expected behavior

Error text and speech should function regardless of whether action buttons activate on key-down or key-up.

How to reproduce

1. Set ActionButtonUseKeyDown to 1.

2. Try casting a healing or damage spell via a keybind while moving or out of range.

3. Observe that no error text or speech appears.

4. Change ActionButtonUseKeyDown to 0.

5. Repeat the test — errors now work correctly.
