#382 Adding a friend from the same battle.net account gives the error " You can't put yourself on your friend list"

Status: Awaiting review · Area: UI & Interface · Chat & Social

You cannot add a character from another WoW license on the same Battle.net account, as it says you cannot friend yourself.

Current behavior

Having multiple licenses on the same battle.net account, it does not allow you to add a character friend from another account. I have Wow1, wow6, wow8. Character - Test Sample on wow1 tries to add character Sample Tester from Wow6 to their friends list and recieves the error

Expected behavior

You can add a character to your friends regardless of your account status. In classic/vanilla and all other versions of wow, there is no issue adding a friend from another wow license attached to the same battle.net account

How to reproduce

1. Make 2 characters on separate wow licenses attached to the same battle.net account
2. attempt to add one of the characters to another characters friends list.
