#370 [Shaman] Elemental reach talent no longer increases flame shock range

The Elemental Reach talent no longer shows or gives extra Flame Shock range after the latest patch.

Current behavior

After the latest patch on October 15th, the elemental reach talent was changed to also include a cooldown reduction to totemic projection. In the patch notes, this was the only change to the talent It seems in game however, the text stating that flame shock got up to a 8/16 extra range when talented was removed. Flame shock range is also still only 20 yrds on the tooltip and doesn't change when elemental reach is specced

Expected behavior

Elemental reach should state and actually increase flame shock range, or clarification in the patch notes that this functionality was removed

How to reproduce

1. Spec Elemental reach after October 15th patch
2. Flame shock no longer has increased range on tooltip
