#363 Resurrection Sickness duration is 60 seconds at level 30

Resurrection Sickness lasts only 60 seconds at level 30, though it should grow longer with level.

Current behavior

Taking res sickness at level 30 left me with a 60 second timer. The tooltip also warned me that it would be 60 seconds.

Expected behavior

Res sickness duration should last for 60 seconds for each level beyond 9, stacking up to 600 seconds.

How to reproduce

Die at a level higher than 10. (tested at 30)

Take res sickness

Observe the duration being 60 seconds.
