Casting Ghost Wolf sometimes wastes a charge of Water Shield.

Current behavior

Reported on Reddit, sometimes casting Ghost Wolf is consuming a charge of Water Shield https://www.reddit.com/r/classicwow/comments/1x75vnk/bug_ghost_wolf_takes_a_stack_from_water_shield/ I was also able to confirm in-game

Expected behavior

This should not happen

How to reproduce

1. Activate Water Shield
2. Cast Ghost Wolf and leave form rapidly
3. Repeat
4. Based on the post, you should see charges lost sometimes
