#356 Action Bar paging with stance changes not working for Warriors and Rogue (stealth)

Action bars no longer switch pages when warriors change stance or rogues stealth, making the default UI hard to use.

Current behavior

Action Bars are no longer swap when changing stances after the latest build. Can no longer play warrior with the native UI action bars now..

Expected behavior

Action Bars should page to a separate action bar when changing stances so the player can utilize the same action bar key binds.

How to reproduce

1. Change any Stance on Warrior.
2. Notice that main Action Bar 1 no longer pages to a stance specific action bar.
