#340 Amplify Curse Talent interaction with Bane of Agony not working as expected.

Amplify Curse only boosts the base damage of Bane of Agony, not the part from spell power, so it is weaker than its tooltip suggests.

Current behavior

Amplify Curse currently increases only the base damage for Bane of Agony by 50% and does not amplify the damage increased by spell power.

Expected behavior

Tooltip indicates that it increases Bane of Agony damage by 50% - other talents worded this way increase damage inclusive of spell power, not base damage only. For example improved corruption/Improved Agony talents. The player would expect that amplify curse increases overall damage for Bane of Agony.

How to reproduce

Note: Critical strikes will skew data, ideally test with 0 recorded critical strikes. Equipping more spell power will be easier to identify bug.

1. Ensure 0 spell power on character sheet.
2. Cast Bane of Agony on target - Record results
3. Cast Amplify + Curse & Bane of Agony on target - Record results.
4. Equip Spell Power set.
5. Cast Bane of Agony on target - Record results
6. Cast Amplify Curse + Bane of Agony on target - Record results
7. Compare results
