#331 Warlock Pet Melee Crit Chance Too Low

Warlock pets crit in melee far less than their tooltip says, and weapon skill does not seem to change the real rate.

Current behavior

Currently, Warlock pet tooltip indicates it shares the same melee crit chance as the warlock. In testing against equal level target, its critrate is far below that tooltip. Additionally, our melee crit tooltip, for both warlock and pet, is lower if our melee weapon skill isn't maxed. Actually increasing weapon skill makes no observable difference in actual critrate though.

Expected behavior

It is expected that the warlock pet would have the same crit chance in observation as in tooltip, against an equal level target.

How to reproduce

1. Check warlock pet's tooltip
2. Log succubus melee attacks against equal level targets (30 in this case)
3. Check critrate results
