#327 Mailbox doesn't always open when right clicking

Right-clicking a mailbox sometimes does nothing after login, until you use another mailbox.

Current behavior

Often, when logging in on a level 1 character I have parked at a mailbox, it is not possible to open the mailbox. Right clicking it does nothing. Other interactions like talking to an innkeeper or opening a vendor npc's shop all work. Going to another mailbox seems to fix this and 'unlocks' the mailbox again. After this, the previous mailbox also works again.

Expected behavior

Right clicking the mailbox should open the mailbox UI.

How to reproduce

1. Have a bunch of different level 1 bank characters parked at a mailbox (any)
2. Log them in 1 by 1 and just open the mailbox by right clickingn it
3. Eventually you will have the bug that the mailbox does not open. Relogging sometimes fixes it, but often it doesn't.
