#320 Curse of Tongues (or sonic boom from hunter pet) increases the gcd, troll berserking lowers the gcd

Status: Closed · Area: Classes & Specs · Hunter

Slowing and speeding effects like Curse of Tongues and Berserking wrongly change the global cooldown instead of only cast time.

Current behavior

Curse of tongues acts as -haste and affects the gcd, berserking acts as +haste and affects the gcd

Expected behavior

Neither ability should have any impact on the gcd, only on cast time.

How to reproduce

1) Use berserking (or get curse of tongues applied to you)
2) cast instant spells
