#318 New priest characters spawn with 0 durability boots

Newly created priests start with boots that already have zero durability.

Current behavior

When someone creates a priest character, they spawn with broken boots. I've created an undead male, an undead female and a night elf male priest; they all have 0 durability boots.

Expected behavior

A new character should spawn with full durability gear.

How to reproduce

Create a priest character.
Check their gear after logging in for the first time.
