#312 Equipment or equipment macros placed on action bars causes stuttering

Putting gear or gear-swap macros on action bars makes the game stutter when casting, worse with each one added.

Current behavior

If you have equipment or equipment macros placed on your action bars, casting spells or abilities causes the game to stutter/freeze. The stutter gets worse for every additional equipment/macro that you add. I started noticing a very small stutter after adding my 2h/1h/shield to my bars, and it made me recall a bug I reported back in Cata classic beta a couple years ago which got fixed back then. (Here's my old clip from Cata beta: https://streamable.com/8n221a). It seems that the same thing is now happening in Forever beta.

Expected behavior

Having equipment or gear swap macros on your bars shouldn't cause any performance issues.

How to reproduce

1. Drag equipment on your action bars.
2. Cast something and notice that the game stutters.
