#296 Elemental mobs in City of Dalaran are immune to Hunter's Mark (Arcane immunity catches non-damage debuffs) / 达拉然城副本元素怪免疫猎人印记

Hunters cannot place Hunter's Mark on the elementals in the City of Dalaran dungeon because it says Immune, losing the mark's benefits for the whole dungeon.

Current behavior

The elemental mobs inside the **City of Dalaran** dungeon are **immune to Hunter's Mark** — casting it returns "Immune". These mobs clearly have an Arcane immunity (fitting the Dalaran theme), and Hunter's Mark belongs to the Arcane spell school, so the immunity check appears to be catching it. **中文说明：** 达拉然城副本里的元素怪对**猎人印记免疫**（施放显示"免疫"）。 这些怪显然带有奥术免疫（符合达拉然主题），而猎人印记在 Classic 中属于奥术学派，于是被免疫判定连带吞掉。

Expected behavior

The immunity is presumably intended to block **Arcane damage spells** — Hunter's Mark is a non-damage marker debuff and should not count as an Arcane spell for this purpose. As it stands, Hunters lose their mark (and its benefits) for the entire dungeon against these mobs. **中文（预期）：** 该免疫的本意应该是免疫**奥术伤害法术**——猎人印记是非伤害的标记类 debuff，不应该被算在奥术法术里。目前猎人在整个副本里对这些怪无法上印记（损失印记增益与标靶功能）。

How to reproduce

1. Enter the City of Dalaran dungeon
2. Cast Hunter's Mark on an elemental mob
3. The cast returns "Immune"
