#291 Restorative Totems talent doesn't increase spell coefficient of Healing Stream Totem

Status: Fixed · Area: Classes & Specs · Shaman

Restorative Totems only boosts Healing Stream Totem's base healing, not its bonus healing, so ticks heal less than expected.

Current behavior

Restorative Totems (talent) increases only base value of Healing Stream Totem. I have rank 1 Healing Stream totem (base healing 5 per tick), 100bh So heal should be: 5 + 0.022 (spell coefficient) x 100 = 7.2 per tick or 7.2 x 1.5 = 10.8 with talents But current behavior is tick between 9-10 instead of 10-11 Also at Wowhead shows it modifies spell effectiveness instead of Apply Aura: Modifies Periodic Damage/Healing Done

Expected behavior

As soon all healing talents were changed to modifiy all values not only base it probably should be applied for this talent too

How to reproduce

1. Pick up Healing Stream Totem
2. Pick up Restorative Waters talent
3. Pick up gear with at least 100 bonus healing (difference will be at least 1 heal for spell coefficient)
4. Press Healing Stream Totem
