#28 Hunter CDM is empty

Typing /cdm opens an empty menu with no spells to track.

Current behavior

Typing /cdm returns an empty menu (no spells to track)

Expected behavior

cdm menu should be populated with spells

How to reproduce

1. Create a hunter
2. Enable cdm and type /cdm
