#271 Resourcefulness (Survival, Rank 1) bugs

Resourcefulness does not reduce Strider Kick's cost, and its mana regeneration effect after crits seems never to trigger.

Current behavior

1. Strider Kick does not get the mana cost reduction. Raptor Strike drops from 45 to 32, Mongoose Bite and Wing Clip from 40 to 28, Immolation Trap from 90 to 63, but Strider Kick still costs the full 45 (checked on 10 of 10 casts in a combat log). 2. The crit effect ("30% chance to allow 50% of your mana regeneration to continue while casting") never seems to proc. Over 8 crits there was no buff in the combat log and no mana regen at all while casting in the 30 seconds after any crit.

Expected behavior

1. Strider Kick is a melee ability, so Rank 1 should reduce its cost by 30% (45 to 32), the same as Raptor Strike. 2. Critical strikes should have a 30% chance (Rank 1) to let 50% of mana regeneration continue while casting for 30 sec.

How to reproduce

1. Learn Resourcefulness (Rank 1).
2. Cast Raptor Strike and Strider Kick and compare the mana spent: Raptor Strike costs 32, Strider Kick still costs 45. The Strider Kick tooltip also still shows the full cost.
3. Fight in melee, keep casting, and land several critical strikes.
4. Watch your mana between casts: it never regenerates while casting, and no buff appears after the crits.
