#270 Low level alchemy Elixirs are unusable

Status: Fixed · Area: Items & Loot · Consumables & Scrolls

Minor Arcane Elixir and Elixir of Minor Force, level 1 Alchemy crafts, cannot be drunk because the game says the target is too low level.

Current behavior

"Minor Arcane Elixir" (247754) and "Elixir of Minor Force" (247755) requires a higher character level to consume than expected for a level 1 Alchemy craft. When attempting to consume them we get the error "Target is too low level".

Expected behavior

~6 days ago you could consume these 2 elixirs as normal, at any level. I would expect a level 1 craft from any Profession to be immediately available to use.

How to reproduce

1. make either elixir
2. be below a certain level threshold (not sure what level is required, but it doesn't work at level 1-20)
3. attempt to consume and encounter "Target is too low level" error
