Techbot's Patch ability hurts players and Techbot himself, killing both, when it should only kill bugs and heal him.

Current behavior

Techbot's Patch ability currently hits both players and himself, killing himself and players.

Expected behavior

Techbot's Patch ability is supposed to kill nearby Dupe Bugs and heal Techbot.

How to reproduce

1. Pull Techbot
2. Wait for him to cast Patch
3. He kills nearby players and himself
