#264 Warrior Last Stand not working properly

Last Stand only gives 30% of current health, when it should give 30% of maximum health.

Current behavior

Last Stand right now it gives you 30% of your actual health on usage.

Expected behavior

Last Stand talent/skill is suppose to give you 30% of **maximum** Health as short term bonus

How to reproduce

Use Last Stand when you have full HP

Use Last Stand when you have lower than full HP (the lower the more obvious)

Compare bonus health you got - It should be the same but it isn't
