#255 PWS overriding prot pal seal of fury absorb shield

A Priest's Power Word: Shield replaces a Protection Paladin's Seal of Fury absorb, cutting off the Paladin's main mana source.

Current behavior

Power word shield currently overrides the absorb shield granted by auto attacking with seal of fury. This effectively griefs prot pallies main source of mana regen (from improved seal of fury) because their shield never gets a chance to break. This makes disc almost useless when a prot pally is in the group because they don't want you to shield them so they can get mana back. I believe this is a bug given the design choices for warrior/bear being able to still get rage through shields. This will only get worse as disc priest acquires other absorbs like divine aegis, scales up with gear and is able to lower the weakened soul cooldown.

Expected behavior

The absorb shield from seal of fury should take damage before power word shield or other absorbs so that pallies can actually be shielded without griefing their main resource generation like the other tanks can.

How to reproduce

1 - PWS a prot pally with seal of fury on 
2 - Have prot pally auto attack to get the seal of fury absorb shield
3 - Watch as PWS soaks all damage first and the seal of fury absorb doesn't break (pally doesn't get mana back from imp seal of fury if shield doesn't break)
4 - Get flamed by pally for shielding them because they're oom
