#248 Shaman's Windfury Weapon attack animation not showing extra attacks

Windfury Weapon procs show a gust of wind and numbers, but not the two extra attack animations.

Current behavior

Windfury Weapon procs just show the gust of wind around you, and the two yellow numbers - but no attack animation is present.

Expected behavior

Windfury Weapon procs should also give you two extra attack animations.

How to reproduce

1. Be lvl 30 Shaman
2. Use windfury on weapon
3. Hit an enemy until windfury procs
