#242 Shields hanging low on Dwarfs

Shields look like they hang too low on the backs of Dwarves, covering the model behind them.

Current behavior

I started leveling a dwarf shaman today and when I equipped a shield I noticed it seems to be hanging awfully far down on the back. This happens on both SD and HD models. I don't know if this applies to other races as well.

Expected behavior

Shields should be placed slightly higher up. I have attached a quick edit of what I think is more correct. More slightly under and between shoulders rather than covering the models behind.

How to reproduce

1. Create a dwarf character capable of wearing a shield
2. Equip a shield
