#235 [Bug] Shaman spells that both consume and proc a new Clearcasting consume both

A Shaman spell that consumes Clearcasting and also procs a new one consumes both, wasting the new proc.

Current behavior

If I have Clearcasting active and cast a damaging spell that consumes it, and then that spell procs Clearcasting (denoted by a new Clearcasing audio cue playing), both the original Clearcasting AND the new Clearcasting are consumed, effectively wasting the second proc

Expected behavior

A spell that consumes Clearcasting and then procs it again should only consume the original aura, leaving me with an active Clearcasting aura to be used by another cast.

How to reproduce

1. Obtain the Elemental Focus talent in the Elemental tree
2. Proc Clearcasting (1/10 chance on cast)
3. Cast a spell
4. Repeat until the spell cast plays a new Clearcasting audio cue
5. See that you no longer have Clearcasting after the cast despite the second proc
