#233 Healing combat log and combat text numbers are different between the healer and the healed while in a dungeon instance.

In dungeons, the healer's combat log shows different, lower healing numbers than the healed player sees.

Current behavior

Reported healing numbers are inaccurate in a dungeon and show as a lesser amount than the actual healing, in the example given the toons are different levels than each other, have not tested if it happens at the same level or not. In the image the two healing touches in the blue text combat log are the same as the last two entries in the white text only combat log. This happened with the priest that was also in the instance, this is not unique to a particular class.

Expected behavior

Expected behavior is that regardless of whose combat log is read the numbers will be the same.

How to reproduce

1. Do a control test outside of an instance of healing someone and seeing the amount healed in the healed's combat log, and the healers (should be the same number)
2. Enter an instance (we used RFC)
3. Heal and compare the heals given vs. received.
