#229 Hunter Pet Health Regeneration At Low Health

Hunter pets regain health extremely fast below 20% health, making them nearly impossible to kill.

Current behavior

Pets are currently regenerating an abnormal amount of health once they reach <20% making them unkillable to what would otherwise normally kill a pet. I can stand still with mobs attacking my pet for several minutes and it will never die.

Expected behavior

Pets should not be regenerating health at extreme rates keeping them alive practically forever on a 2s CD. Regeneration seems normal, and does not occur as much as it does until the pet is nearly dead.

How to reproduce

Attack a mob with your pet.
Change the Hunter's health pool whether it be through a bow with +stamina, or a fortitude buff. 
Let a mob(s) get your pet to low health and observe pet health. At approximately 5% health it will begin to rapidly regenerate and will never die.
