#220 Flametongue totem scaling incorrectly for Feral

Status: Fixed · Area: Classes & Specs · Shaman

In cat form, Flametongue Totem damage is higher with a slow weapon equipped, when it should not depend on the weapon.

Current behavior

Tested with skinning knife and ironwood destroyer while in cat form. Flametongue totem damage is higher with the slow weapon equipped even while in cat form.

Expected behavior

Flametongue totem should provide the same damage regardless of weapon equipped and should be proportional to the 1s swing speed of cat.

How to reproduce

Got cat form, get a shaman to drop flametongue. Hit with a fast weapon, hit with a slow weapon.
