#212 Cannot buff/heal friendly NPCs during escort quests

During escort quests you cannot buff or heal the NPC, even though their death fails the quest.

Current behavior

While doing an escort quest, cannot use your buffs (class buffs or scrolls) on an NPC. Cannot heal NPC. This behavior is occurring since the start of the beta, but I dont think it's intended because healing should be possible.

Expected behavior

You should be able to buff an NPC, or at least heal them during combat, specially if the NPC dying is a fail condition for the quest.

How to reproduce

1. Start an escort quest
2. Try to buff friendly NPC (MotW or Thorns, in my case), the buff applies to yourself
3. During combat, even though NPC takes damage, try to cast a heal on them, but you are healed instead (direct or HoTs)
