#21 Arcane Missiles dont lose ticks due to pushback

When hit while channeling Arcane Missiles, you fire all remaining missiles at the end instead of losing some, which devalues the related talent.

Current behavior

While channeling arcane missiles and getting hit, instead of losing ticks due to pushback you fire all the remaining missiles in the end of channel. Makes improved channeling talent dps loss for arcane missiles. See events at 00:10.794 and 00:11.043 in combat log below.

Expected behavior

Pushback should make you skip arcane missile ticks instead.

How to reproduce

1. Channel arcane missiles
2. Get damaged by mob during channel, causing pushback
3. See multiple missiles go off in the end of channeling
