#209 Bartering Legacy Talent lowers cost of Class/Profession/Riding skill

The Bartering talent says it only lowers vendor item prices but also discounts class skills, recipes and riding, so people respec before buying riding.

Current behavior

The Bartering skill states: “Reduces the gold price of items from all vendors by 10%.” However, the skill actually reduces the cost of everything purchased or learned from NPCs, including spells, profession recipes, and **Riding skill**. This means there is always an economic benefit to respeccing your Legacy points before purchasing Riding skill, as the 10% discount applies to it as well. If this is intended, the tooltip should be updated to reflect that it applies to all gold costs from NPCs, not just vendor items. Or (more likely the appropriate fix) only let it affect vendors, so epic riding is not 100g cheaper.

Expected behavior

Reduces the gold price of **items** from vendors **only**, by 10%
