#206 Wolfshead Helm isn't fun

Wolfshead Helm now gives 20 extra energy per shift, and players worry Feral Druids will wear it forever instead of upgrading.

Current behavior

Wolfshead Helm has been updated to "additional 20 energy from activating shifting power". so after level 40, this will basically follow us in WoW forever. Is it intended for feral druids to wear Wolfshead Helm for the remainder of their time, forever, in WoW Forever?

Expected behavior

Wolfshead Helm will basically encourage druids to keep it to keep shifting 20 energy every cooldown. It'd be valuable enough we won't want to chase agility or anthing else on a helm. This will end up being a true forever gear piece again, when all our other items get upgraded this one stays down.

How to reproduce

1. Get Wolfshead Helm
2. Never replace it
