#20 Bear Form Armor Coefficient is being applied to temporary armor buffs

In bear form, armor from potions, buffs and armor kits is multiplied far above normal, unlike all earlier versions of the game.

Current behavior

Elixir of Minor Defense is applying 140 Armor while in bear form and 50 armor in human form. Mark of the Wild rank 1 is applying 95 while in bear form and 34 armor in human form. Leather working armor kits are also being effected.

Expected behavior

This is incorrect in all previous versions of the game. Unless intended, there appears to be a bug with how bear armor modification is calculated. We expect temporary armor buffs from consumables and buffs to be unaffected by bear form armor mod.

How to reproduce

Enter bear form with and without armor buff applied. Subtract armor values and compare to base line buff value.
