#195 Quickness (NE Racial) doesn't stack with minor speed on boots

Status: Fixed · Area: Races & Racials · Night Elf

A Night Elf with a minor speed enchant on boots only shows 108% speed, so the racial and the enchant do not stack.

Current behavior

a Night Elf with minor speed on boots will show 108% speed on his character sheet

Expected behavior

In retail, night elf speed would be added on top of the speed enchants, assuming this is a potential bug and that forever night elf racial is supposed to stack to minor speed on boots.

How to reproduce

Create Night Elf
Enchant minor speed on boots
